Yay! I am excited to be back blogging!

After taking a break from blogging for the past several months due to  many reasons, including projects galore, I’m hoping to get back in the groove of blogging.

I’m hoping to be able to find the time to share some fun stuff I’ve been working on lately!  Also, I’m hoping to feature several posts on an amazing vintage bungalow that was purchased a few months ago by someone special and transformed into a wonderful home! (I’m just waiting for their approval to take pics and share it with you)

Oh yeah, and changes…. well, I’m switching back to wordpress.com once I figure out how to do that. And due to time constraints, I probably won’t be able to join in all the fun link parties I was participating in last year, but I’ll try as much as I can! Those link parties are really fun and so inspiring!  There are so many great ideas out there, it’s amazing the creativity you all have!!

So in a nutshell, we still live in ‘Our House’

but as you know if you’ve been following this blog, ‘Our House’ is for sale, however, so far we don’t really have it ‘listed’ with a realtor, we’ve only advertised it ourselves on a very, very limited basis, and considering when the best time to actually ‘list’ it is going to be. It would be super if just by word of mouth it sold before that time and then we would be able to offer the new buyers a great discount due to no realtor’s commission.

Also, I’ve decided to put one of our rental properties for sale too,

but we haven’t listed it with a realtor yet either. Again, just a tiny bit of self-advertising for now,like this website for it, and maybe list it this spring, depending on how the market is bearing at that point.

So here’s to another year of projects, painting, decorating and a great, fun year blogging…
