Someone Else’s House: Bungalow Master Bedroom
The other day I introduced you to a very sweet, young couple that has bought their first home in a vintage neighborhood full of charming bungalows. I showed you the pair of unmatched dressers and how she cleverly painted and papered them into a coordinated set. (If you missed that dresser re-do post, click here to see it)
So let’s take a look at the whole bedroom today, with before, during and after pics…
Well to start with, when they bought this house just a couple months ago, the bedroom looked like this: (minus the previous owner’s furniture)

Our House… Spare Bedroom, Home to the Orioles
A few weeks ago I switched the two spare bedrooms around at ‘Our House’… it suddenly dawned on me that both rooms would benefit by switching the furniture. One room is larger than the other, yet the smaller of the two rooms housed a pair of twin beds leaving the larger room with the queen bed.
When I first started blogging, I was getting my ‘posting legs’ with a series from the West Bedroom… that was where the queen bed used to be… but now that I switched it to the other smaller bedroom, this is what it looks like. Read on…
